DNS zone management and traffic protection (attack filtering, encryption) are provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com). Requests to the site go through its servers, which may process your IP address for security and performance purposes.

The name, logo, mascot, texts, photographs and all other elements of the site are the property of Chaud Patates unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited (articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code).
5. Personal data
The information entered in the contact form (name, email address, message) is used only to reply to your request. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. Our technical providers (Vercel, Cloudflare) may process connection data (IP address, logs) outside the European Union, under standard contractual clauses or the Data Privacy Framework.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement tools. Only cookies strictly necessary for operation and security may be set (notably by Cloudflare), and these do not require consent.

We make every effort to keep the published information (menu, prices, hours and locations) accurate, but it may change without notice depending on the weather or events. Chaud Patates cannot be held responsible for external links on the site.
The allergens of each recipe are listed on the menu. If you have an allergy, please tell us when you order.

This site and its legal notice are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, the French courts have jurisdiction.
